Our General Conditions
General terms:
All of the associates working for us are declared. We naturally refuse to take on any associates who do not satisfy legal employment conditions.
The associates working for SwissHelp are paid directly by us.
Should associates be employed under an employment contract by SwissHelp, we will ensure that the legal directives on employment contracts regulated by the Swiss Civil Code (The Code of Obligations) are respected.
Our quotations:
All the quotations that we provide are free and without obligation. The conditions of our quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days.
Invoicing and payment conditions:
When services are provided to corporate clients, SwissHelp will send an invoice. Payment of this invoice is on receipt, up to a maximum of 30 days. Reminder charges (as of the first reminder) are CHF 20.—.
When services are provided to private clients, SwissHelp will collect the corresponding amount at the end of the provided service. The client must therefore immediately pay this amount following our service provision. A receipt will then be given in order to finalise the invoicing. No deferred payment will be granted to private clients.
Animals:
The owner is responsible for all costs associated with their pet (for example, veterinary fees). All additional costs, such as food, grooming, etc., are also entirely payable by the owner.
The owner is responsible for all information communicated to SwissHelp. SwissHelp will have the right to take action against the owner of the animal if this latter did not communicate all information relative to their pet (mental stability, sociability, health, etc.). SwissHelp cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by the animal in its care.
The owner of the animal is responsible for it at all times.
SwissHelp reserves the right to refuse to look after any animal if it is considered vicious. Dogs with a history of aggression will not be looked after by SwissHelp.
Transport:
As SwissHelp is not currently equipped with the appropriate vehicles, we do not provide transport for disabled people.
Domestic services:
SwissHelp reserves the right to refuse a service or a customer at any time without notice.
